It makes me wonder when governments will wake up and realize that new legislation to change anything won't make a heck of alot of difference. They would get the same result if they just said, "hey mr. bad guy, start playing by the rules". Don't they know they're called "criminals" for a reason? Talk about beating a dead horse! I know they feel like they're actually doing something, but when will they wise up? Geeze.... :rolleyes:
