I am investigating the stats weighting on my own, but I need more data for the analysis. Please do me a favor and email me a copy of you scrlog.gah file(s) when you have a chance. Also include the type and speed of the CPU used (if overclocked, tell to what speed).

EDIT 1: I really need logs from the extreme protein sizes, specifically, anything greater than 75aa or smaller than 30aa.

EDIT 2: If the files are greater than 2.5MB, please zip them up.

Hi JPS, long time no see, how ya doin? I seem to remember you posying something similar on the [H] forums, sounds interesting, what ya doin?

Phil & tril0Byte, I have been recieving some data files thus far, but I need as many as possible for the best analysis, the more log file I get, the more genes I get, which gives me more data points! :D

I will do all of the analysis next week, hopefully, and will post the results on the net for everyone to see, as well as forwrd them onto Stefan. I would have liked to have done this sooner, but I have been SWAMPED with bench crap at work, my new job search, planning to move, etc.
