I wonder if there is such a thing as dual or quad regular pentiums.....

I really want a quad or hex something or other. Dual Ppros are pretty cheap compared to the ALR system...... 2x 333mhz overdrives :/ Doesn't have the same ring as 6x 233s :D:D

Dual Celerons?

Dual 486dx2-66 :D:D:D:D:D

The only other Intel chips that will work in quads or more are the Xeon chips. The're still pricey, for what you get. Building a 6x6 isn't cheap either. I'll expand on this when I'm feeling better...
Here's some good links:

Ooooooo... That almost looks like it would be more fun to build than a Dual XP system.. Hmm.. And it would be really cool to say that I had one.. I am guessing that those 6x6 systems can crunch some serious numbers too..

(The wife is looking over my shoulder and is about to send me to the asylum)

Dual celerons are cheap... more so if you're not going to overclock them. There are some cheap boards out there like this (http://www.ecsusa.com/ecsusa/www.ecs.com.tw/products/d6vaa.htm). Finding matching(same stepping) ppga celerons shouldn't be too hard. Although that ECS board says it doesn't support dual ppga celerons... not sure why they'd say that. You might be able to pickup a used Abit BP6... even if it's one of the "bad" boards, the caps and such are easily replaced(if you're handy with that sort of thing). Had mine for over 3 years now with 2x400@552 default voltage. Happily crunching away.... :D
