Hmmm.. This looks like a good home for me, now that I have been kicked out of the Linux forum for not paying rent..

It is easier to clean spilled beer off the linoleum in front of the tv. Carpet gets all stinky. ;)
On a overclocling and cooling note, I picked up a Volcano7 yesterday, and I think I like it! Quiet, and about 10-12 degrees (C) cooler than the stock hs/fan.
On a genome note, also put together a Celeron 900 @ 1071 on a little TUSI mobo, crunching 24/7

I like it here. It's all dark cept for the TV. There is a satelite dish with about 700 channels. There is a fridge full of beer, and LOTS of wings. Hmm.. Gonna be hard pressed to get me to leave.

I say we replace the linoleum with a wooden floor and wood shavings. That way no mopping. When the wood shavings start to clump from spilled whatever, sweep 'em up and toss on freshies. Nice wings, Mak. I saw siggy hauling a bag of 'em out a while ago. No worries though. She has a mean sauce at her place.

It's a seriously good book, as are the 2 sequals (not quite as good) and there's a 4th book called ender's shadow that's the same story from the perspective of a different character. I know it sounds like a quick book... story's been done blah blah... But it was done REALLY well.

I read it I liked the first one much better than the sequals. I'll have to try out the forth one. Have you ever read his Alvin the Maker series? Not realy sci-fi, not fantsy, but very good. It's about American history with with a twist.

I should have ordered the parts 2 Day air because my damn transformer isn't going to be here until monday, and I still have not been about to find the correct filter capacitor. Grrrr...

There was one place but they didn't have one in stock and to have a cap special made, you have to order $500 worth..

I guess in the evening I will post the pics of how the thing is coming along.. I got the power switch mounted last night and I am just waiting for the fuse holder and transformer before I can finish the input portion of the thing. Then I have to wait for the rest of my stuff to get here so I can etch the PCB..

I am building a bench test power supply right now. 30V Variable power supply up to 5 Amps total draw. Right now I am waiting for all the parts to get here, so I am getting the enclosure ready and getting ready to etch the PCB.
