I can run Genome on 2 machines at work. 1 PIII 866 and 1 PIII 733. I can't connect send and receive packets. How can I load and unload wu's on these computers utilizing diskettes?

Do they have cd that can read a cdr or cdrw? I'm thinking you could set up a new client and burn it onto a cd and then transfer to these machines. Then it is as simple as transfering the input and output files. Each machine needs to have its own genome id so you'll have to be careful you transfer the results to the right directories. You'll have to let the connected machine do the first sequence so it saves before transfering.

On your machine at home that has internet access, install a second and third client. When installing the new clients, put them into different directories like "C:\Program Files\P866" and "C:\Program Files\P733". With directories like that you can keep track of which data you are bringing back and forth.
As an example, start up the client in the "C:\Program Files\P866" directory, allow it to get work, after the first 10% shut down the client. Now copy the data files onto floppies and bring it to the other computer. Install the client on the P866 at work. Replace the files in the install directory with the files off the floppy. Run the client "-nonet" for a week or so. Zip up the files, bring them back home, run the client, allow it to upload the work, and then get new work. Repeat ad naseum :)
You will probably have to zip the files and use disk spanning.
Good Luck:D
