Well, today is a great day for the sciences. My friend has a linux server which has vnc all running on it. so we had this idea, to take a 486 computer, and install windows 95 compact on it. Then throw VNC client on it. How well you think its gonna fair? Ill go check the VNC site for the client system requirements, But this would be an interesting way to make a Internet cafe :D. Cheap ;). let linux do all the work....just get a nice dually goin for the server to handle the xwindow sesions. Opinions?

As I understand it (& I may not understand it well enough) VNC uses a fair amount of CPU power - a 486 may not have enough grunt for Win95 & VNC. ( Please correct me if I'm wrong)
