Just spoken to fluke on ICQ, was financial more than anything else.

Pelligrini that could be a great idea, if you were prepared to do it. Hopefully more Picardians will be in here during the course of the day, would be good to ask them what they thought about it, but it sounds good to me.

Whoa, hang on just a minute.

Firstly Ciccio has been nothing but the voice of reason and a gentleman to boot. The majority of Picardians are welcome in here - BUT..... a few of us (virus and I, in particular) were called dishonest shits, and helluva lot worse by some Picard members. Do you remember that diatribe from crabbles, posted all over the place? While it is extremely bad luck to have your board taken away like that, and I hope they can sort something quick smart, I'm not entirely in favour of having "some" people over for dinner.

There are a few members, who have displayed pure hate! While being decent is one thing, being a mug is another.

However, run a team poll, and if it's in favour, we can set a temporary sub-forum up for Picard members. As always, I will go with the majority.

Ciccio, my regrets, this is not good news for you and your team. or the project as a whole. I hope something can be sorted out quickly.

Ahh, I see http://www.3dhq.net/ is gonna be your temporary home for a while - that's good, at least you guys have somewhere to hang your hat while you sort something out.

Nice suggestion Pelligrini but it would never work, too much has been said and grudges are still apparent on both sides.
We will survive but will probably lose a number of the infrequent posters (don't worry, I've already contacted Data :D ).
We are currently trying to regroup and instigate damage limitation but it will be difficult if not impossible to contact a lot of members. I just hope they use their homing instincts and find us under their own steam. :)

FWIW, as far as I'm concerned, diplomatic relations are totally restored. Personally though, there are just one or two of your guys that went a little too far with the personal abuse (I think you know to what i'm referring) and the thought of them camping in my living room is juat a little too much at the moment. But rest assured, that is the *total* limit of my reservations. I'm not going to go into details, I hope you understand what I mean.

I'm glad to see you have a forum sorted, good luck with your regroup and looking forward to battle.

You might edit your banner that shows at stanford and noxordo. Maybe a few more people might notice it if they check their stats.

All sorted now, we've got our home back again and it's even been redecorated while we were on our day trip :D
Fluke is likely to be going MOD MAD over the next couple of days so don't be too surprised if it goes belly up again. :D

This is actually a good thing. It gives your moderators a chance to regroup and get your own board that you control. This way, you won't have to deal with logging on one day and finding out that your home was destroyed.
