Okay... I have been messing with overclocking my T-bird 1Ghz. Air cooled I can get it to 1360mHz, but the temps start pushing my limits (49C) with genome running. I have had it to 1496mHz and it was stable, but that was during the winter and I had a duct from the window blowing -10C air into the case (temps where running around 35C then).
So I have been kicking around watercooling, but not sure about the components. I have a submersible pump (from a pond in my yard) that can pump 1200 L/hr with a 2 foot rise -- is this too much? Which radiators should I be considering, and which waterblocks? I was thinking of placing a resivor and radiator behind my desk in a corner (well hidden for my wife's sake) so space isn't too much of a concern.
I am not at all handy as far a making things (ie TrilObyte's duct work for his rig) so it will need to be fairly simple.
