How to run DF as a service under WinXP

I read that you can run DF as a service under XP but not how to do that (I just have installed XP so :D )
Can someone give me some tips + why doesnt the client connect to the Internet himself (he can't) I think I have to set something up for it but don't know where/what.
In win98 he did it himself but now with XP :( (yep, I need to learn :) )

ps, other tips about XP are also usefull :)

I had looked a few times until I found it, that's why I copied it and stuck it on my netspace. It was a real bugger!
