I need to get a new heat sink and was wondering what everybody's favorite was. I'm using an SK6 with a delta fan currently. Money isn't a concern. Just want to know the best one out there. I'm also concerned with how it looks, but not at the cost of performance.

I think thermalright (http://www.thermalright.com) has that covered!
Overclockers.com has a good roundup here (http://www.overclockers.com/articles373/).
I'm partial to the AX7... but it's too big for some boards. :)

The AX7 is a great HS but as Tim mentioned may not fit some mobos without being "modded" with a dremel.

Thermalright rock....I am using 4x SK6's at the moment with good results.

You could go with a SLK600 or a SLK800 the down fall is that there is a lot of weight in the SLKs and they are not 4 bolters. The SLK800 weighs in at over a pound, yes a pound of copper hanging from your ZIFF socket. If money is no object I'd probably go with a Swifty

I have both an Alpha 8045 and a Swiftech MC462 and for me the higher priced Swiftech is no better. When you add that the sucking action design of the Alpha makes it really easy to duct out of the case, the Alpha is a clear winner.

YMMV

For my money if the AX-7 will fit it is hands down the best between Alpha & Swiftec......goldie

Well I went with the SLK-800 with a red LED clear fan. I'll hook the fan into my Rheobus to control the speed.
