I am very sorry for that guys 'n gals....it seems F5 had a little hiccup as they were fitting that RAM that they said they were going to do a week ago......

from their support forum:

"I am looking for it to happen tonight or tomorrow night! Just know that if your site goes down for 10 minutes or so, that we are putting the memory in at that time... So please be nice and dont yell too loud at me"

Maybe I should read their forums more often? :D

I crapped myself....quite literally. I get an email everytime an error occurs (even if you guys get the error). My email is checked automatically every ten minutes and in that one check, I had 178 error messages!!....http://www.ocprices.com/phil/smiley/crucified.gif

I immediately shut down the BB and headed on over to f5's support forum and found that it was also down. I gave it a few minutes and their forums were back up. I had a quick look about and found the above info (I wish they would send info like that by email). I brought our BB back online and immediatley did a backup after an I ran an error check and it came back OK...phew!! panic over!

Phil...

We did send it by email... I may not have had your email address though. Can you send me an email at allen@f5hosting.com so I can add you to the mailing list? This is for site announcements and isnt a spam list at all!

And I am sorry to you guys who were having trouble getting connected... We are experiencing a few growing pains at F5, but a new server will be coming online next week and you guys shouldnt have to worry anymore after we get that set up and running! So don't yell too loud at Phil if you have trouble...yell at me! LOL

:D :D :D

Thanks heaps for your great service f5, we are not an agro bunch, and do appreciate your great service and support! And thanks Phil, for all your efforts mate, I know the work you are putting into this BB and really appreciate it!

I have just had a look around the f5hosting support forums, neat! I wished my ISP had the same attitude towards their customers....

This team rocks!

This board rocks!

f5hosting rocks!

Now lets kick some butt!

You must have fun creating those animated icons in you posts. When are we going to see an active penguin? ... or did I miss it?
