Bon Jovi will be the first major artist to adopt a serialization program on their forthcoming album, Bounce set for release October 8th.
Each copy of Bounce will contain a unique PIN code which will be stickered in the album packaging. Each person who buys the the album can register their number at www.bonjovi.com. which provides automatic membership to the program titled, "American XS. "American XS" provides the consumer with an ongoing menu of exclusive oportunities and is being implemented on a global basis. There is no charge or fee for "American XS" membership.
"American XS" will offer buyers of Bounce exclusive benefits including "first in line" for concert tickets, unreleased tracks, behind the scenes footage and interaction with the band amongst many other exclusive offers. Periodically, after registration, other offers will be available including a three-day priority purchase window for tickets to the Bon Jovi World Tour (via Ticketmaster), exclusive chats with the band, contests for trips and merchandise, streamed concerts from the World Tour, discounts on merchandise, and even the opportunity to join the band onstage at concert dates.
