On second thought Tril, maybe a "Collective" dump would make a nice ceremony.

The blip in the stats would certainly signal our merger. Suggestion: we hold off for say 24 hours, let everone find the new board, announce the dump and synchronise our watches so to speak.

Agreed, I will hold off until tomorrow, then the BB will be reset. All posts will be removed and everyones post history will be reset to 0. This way, everyone will start on an even footing in the brand new group BB.

Just woke up and i am glad that this is all over or rather the beginning. I will begin switching account numbers now. I was putting them into the Genome Collective for the Hell of it and I don't understand why everyone was that worried if you are going to track the user stats separately. Yeah I lost out on giving our new team about 300 wu but I'm sure that I'll make it up. I'll be adding 2 more 1 gig+ machines to the effort next week. Just waiting on the parts to arrive.

Good Morning All, just woke up and have been catching up on all the news. Glad to see everything appears to be running smoothly.

Am going to configure my machines and take a nice dump, probably won't smell it until the afternoon.

Going to check out the rest of the board and get an idea of what is going on. Don't mind me if I am quiet for a little bit as I get used to the new surroundings.

BTW, to everyone, the past 24 hours have been a real hoot! Man, I just never imagined just how good this would turn out. Plenty of good will, laughs and team effort. I really hope that the good people that left other teams behind feel right at home here.

A summary, good idea, but it'll take a few minutes to draft. I have to be at work in 1/2 hour, back at 10pm BST, so I'll get on it then. It'll be nice when we have the website up, I know Micheal (SkzDaLimit) has got some really cool stuff written up about all of this, I'll lok forward to reading it. Right now, we're just trying to get the framework in place. I'ts happening though.

I'm glad to see the "Bus Company" is mostly back to business as usual. I wish them well.
