An IRQ is an Interrupt Request, and yes your computer has 16 of them (0-15). :D

Hi Siggy:

Assuming it was a typo, you were asking what is ICQ?

ICQ is a program you can download from the internet. It is a messaging/email/chat program (Amongst other things.). It's all the rage with teenage girls like yourself and my daughter :)

They call it Iseekyou ICQ... get it??

Anywho, you can check it out at
http://web.icq.com
