A machine at work has decided to no longer run a unit which has been safely nonetting for two weeks. I will not be able to re-seed for 24 hours. Can anyone create a new set and e-mail it to me?
If so, please post when you have on here so I can pick it up and get a 1GHz P3 back in action!

Or can I force it to process the *.2 units?

Run the client -clear and then rename:
asparams.dat.2 --> asparams.dat
input.inp.2 --> input.inp
baselines.dat.2 --> baselines.dat
str.dat.2 --> str.dat
then restart the client -nonet. :D

Dnar,
I don't have an input.inp.2 so that won't work.

You think that is a small world? I was chatting to Wylie in the chat room the other day. Wylie lives in Austrailia and I live in the UK....turns out Wylie used to live just down the road from me about 12 years ago.....small world.

That's not funny Chas I was stuck on that ride for over an hour. It broke down while I was on it in the middle of the tunnel. I still wake up in cold sweats some nights. I'm sending my therapy bill to you:D

Dnar,
1. Your e-mail address bounced my replies.
2. Do you mean input.pdb.2 --> input.pdb?
3. Should I also rename seed.dat.2 --> seed.dat?
4. Bugger, it happened again and this time I will lose the entire weekend. Anyone who can send a wunit, please post a message here so I can check my home e-mail.
Cheers.

Mike you ought to get the new v99 client. I had a crashed wu this A.M. , installed the new client over the existing v98 and it was able to finish the thing.
I haven't really read the boards about any possible other bugs yet. There's bound to be one.

Got the new client and it still crashes although at a different point. Running the -clear and then re-naming the *.2 doesn't work (or I could be incredibly stupid, of course).
