Monster project proposal for MaTriX

Since it is possible to rank individual team members by their total contribution to the G@H effort, including wu contributed to other teams, it should be possible to rank teams by those numbers as well. It would achieve what everyone seemed to wish for when we were discussing the merger--no apparent loss of previous work.

Any chance of doing this MaTriX? It'd be a gas to see where we really stand.
