View Full Version : Tank dump

FYI.
The Tank turret was a bit loaded and I had to let go the fire.... small blaze of 80 genes... I'm afraid though there was a 29 aa in the cargo hold.... so it won't be such a dump anyway...
BTW, my contract ends this week and I will loose the hospital firepower at the same time... BUT I will leave 90+ aa genes nonetting there for a year or two (I'm dead serious) and collect the ammo later on when the next clinical rotation gets me there (pediatrics)...
THIS will be a nice dump when it happens..... drool.....
Oh, and here's some screenshots cuz I have time to loose...

LOL! Nice cut, edit and paste job X..... only joking.
Mate, I hope you realise a 99aa gene left nonetting will eventually crash?

are you questionning my integrity dnar? :D
My theory on crashing genes, the borg client at work when left nonetting for a week + NEVER crash... I don't have data for a year thought.....
Gene on the OCed machine DO crash often... NONE of my non-OCed machine EVER got a crashed client (I don't say it does not exist though...)...
So I'm afraid it's the OCing that triggers most of the crash.... that'S like having something on the brink of crashing cuz of a faulty design but holding together.... we jsut push it over the edge...
Apologies to people who get crashes on non-OCed clients... I jsut say it happens MORE often when the putter is OCed....
Bottom line, it cost nothing to try.... and when/if I get to dump that load....... watch the TANK shoot up the ranks Man....:D

My theory:
Client crashes mostly occur during drag races......
3 x crashes in one week, none since.....

X....do you realise that every completed work unit is a 0.5Mb upload? Do you realise that this doesn't change even with higher aa values? This means an 8aa wu will have the same upload size of a 99aa. If you no-net that for a year, how much disk space will that take on a hospital computer? You may get into a bit of trouble after a month!!

Lets Email Stephen, the client should save the work units as ZIP or GZ archives... :)

Sort of Whatever can go wrong, will.
Stefan said he's found the bug and will most likely release a fix tomorrow/today.
