I found this thread on the Ars forumn. It discusses what can happen if you don't follow your companies rules. I don't want this to happen to any of my friends here.

The company I work for would probably make you do a restoration of funds. Had something close happen out there. The guy had money deducted from his paycheck until the money was repaid. It was not much compared to the post in ARS but still amounted to about $1,000 US. Needless to say even though there is about 100 gig of computers in the section I work at no way would I touch them. That could get expensive.
