89AA Benchmark Thread 02.25.03

I was having trouble downloading the new protein at work. One managed to download the new protein, and it was producing 207k/day.
With the 89AA protein, it's jumping between 144 and 155k/day. Boo!

Guess I'll run nonet until it's time to go home... *snicker*

Yeah, it would be nice if they could get their servers in better shape for the transitions. I got it on one machine, but the other keeps trying to d/l it, Of course it would have to go through while I type this! :o But it is a s l o w one, yikes! Seems like the smaller they are, the slower they are! :mad: I love the fast ones! I was looking forward to the changeover so we could get another fast one. I guess I will keep looking forward!

The 89AA is way slower, on my fast box it (96AA)went from 3.75/sec Aprox 335000/day to 89AA 2.82/sec, 244000/day. I guess the good news is it will take BennyRop a few more days to catch me. :baa: :baa:
