Welcome home! Your username is 'shubles', all lower case. I'm afraid I can't help with your password but Bruce or someone else can maybe point you in the right direction for that. The team number for G@H is still 2136075668. You can download the clients here: (skips the password) http://gah.stanford.edu/clients.html
Best,

Daniel, you're drooling again...
Hi Shub, long time no see. I hope you can get the boys chatting again, it's getting dreadfully silent in here. Everyone should do like Laz and quit their day job so they can post here much more.

The karate guy is ok, I guess, since you are an orange belt or whatever. It's just that, shoobs, I don't know how to explain it to you. He just doesn't have that special je ne sais quoi.

Welcome back Shu,
Better start crunching again, cause
1) Genome 0.99 ie classic, is about to end (have look at the GAH web site for more details)
2) Ohms and I would like to see the team crack the 6 Mil mark before they freeze the Classic stats
and also for Pell to be number one.

Btw can you take a look at Daniel, nurse, he's trying to mop the floor at siggy's bar but hasn't noticed that he isn't holding his mop :)

Welcome back Shu...
Hey I thought I read that the stats would keep going even with the version 2 client. Am I wrong?

You're not wrong Medic. It's just that there will be a "snapshot" of the stats taken for posterity at the end of the .99 client. We want to be jammin in that shot.

then i'll have the big decision of choosing a program to crunch...

Red belt eh? Do they give you shoes to match because your shoes have to match and what about a purse to match to? Do you get one of those? Red really isn't my colour though I'm more of a taupe earthy tones myself...

You can use the New client (http://folding.stanford.edu/download.html) and UD monitor (http://distributed.org.ru/?udmon.beta) . It can store up to 4 genome units. (Genome only)
It has a few bugs, but most of the time it works.

26th April 2003, 06:09
Dont use Genome use FAH and punch in Team 131 and join the best crunchers on the net :D

down with df!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
lol - thanks shue but it really wasnt a big deal
I think youll find the new gah (yes yes and fah) client a lot better than the old one, but you will have to stay online all day (just for a change eh  ;) )
Also quite a few familiar faces in the DF team (young fella called wikket there been quiet for a while) The current protein is a dog, but the way of DF is take the good with the bad.....
If you want to run genome I really advise checking out the help threads, its easy to get the setup wrong and waste woonits
