The chip came in the mail yesterday. Same exact stepping and revision as my slot1 450 katami. I plugged it into my asus p3v4x and it did 600 right off the bat at stock voltage. I taped the #14 pin so my Tyan-Tiger-133 will think it's a 600. Automatic FSB detection :(. It ran all night crunching with no problems.
I was able to put my other 700 on a sloket back into the asus. It was doing 933 on the tiger, but it's doing 994 on the asus.
This AM I had to swap around some HD's to try out SMP, the one on the tyan rig was too small for W2K. I finally got the OS on it, but I had to leave 'em at 450 to do it. My chip likes to have a little more voltage, I'm sure the other could use some too. The dually will run at 600, but very unstable. I'm about to pull the chips and tape some other pins to increase the v-core.
Just thought I'd say Thanks!
This was the first time I ever put an intel Slot1 HSF back on a chip;)
