ISO Creator

Anyone know of a good ISO Editor/Creator that I can download for free?
I have used ISO Buster and WinISO, both on trial, but the office here has to use a free one... All Microsoft, no Linux.

I know one that is free, but it is bundled with ad-ware

I think "free" means "ad-ware" when we're talking about software that's more than a few lines of code.

I don't know of any legitimate "free" programs. There might be something on Mcfadden's page: http://www.cdrfaq.org/faq.html the associated newsgroups might have some leads too.
