This is a story about a 4-year-old girl selling abstract paintings for $8-10,000 a pop. I admit I know next to nothing about "art" but what is so different from any art on any nursery wall?

Well they are very nice paintings as opposed to the art work my children did at taht age. I wonder how much her father helps her, A 6' x 6' canvas is quite large, she must paint on a ladder.

I'd say the people buying the paintings are doing so as an investment, assuming one day she will become a famous influential artist. Minds change thou... maybe she'll become an exotic dancer! :eek: ;)
