Yup, that is right. My PIII 600e is running at 150FSB making a nice 900 MHz monster (until you look at the 2Ghz P4 released this week).
Before it would only run at 140FSB (840MHz) because the clock generator chip ran too hot. But I have added another case fan that blows directly over the clock gen and it seems to be holding stedy. Next step is to get a tiny heat sink for the clock gen to make sure it is totaly stable.
